Hello to everyone. I am an Instructional Technology / Media Specialist in Dalton, GA (about 30 miles south of Chattanooga, TN. I have taught Computer Applications (5 years) and Social Studies (5 years). I have used technology in my classes since I began teaching.
I am looking forward to the conference. Not to toot our collective horn, but I am thinking we are well ahead of our colleagues in understanding where education is going. Our students will demand it. As younger teachers enter our classrooms, they will implement that which is native to their way thinking and learning. But can we afford to wait? I anticipate great conversations as the story is communicated throughout the conference.
