Google Earth educator--Good to share with Geo teachers bbs.keyhole.com Google Earth Community has many forums with comments posted. The postings have "placemarks".
It's searchable by topic. He gives the example of searching Shakespeare and that someone has mapped every reference to places in Shakespeare's plays.
http://tbarrett.edublogs.org Classroom teacher using Google Earth. Joseph shows an example of his "maths" las vegas exploration--which shows shapes of buildings in Las Vegas and asks what shapes they are. This is way cool--I want to share this with Social Studies and Math departments.
