This is one of the almost daily reports from the PEW Internet in American Life project. It is just one more of the very interesting aspects of the YouTube story. It’s the second largest web site on the Internet and the second most used search engine. What makes this unique is that virtually all of the content was generated and submitted by us, it’s users. The last statistic I saw was that approximately 35 hours of video were being uploaded onto YouTube every minute. This is astounding – and it’s not just youngsters.
I wonder what this data might look like as a pictorial infographic.
