This back had to be tethered to a computer (a Power Computing PowerTower) and took between 20 seconds to 5 minutes to capture an image. As I remember this was a resolution of about 5MP. I think I paid about $6000.00 for the camera back. I’m looking at my cell phone and it has a 2MP camera in it. I got it free for renewing the contract with my carrier.
